Rob Ringrose

Rob is the Director of Program Management for the SR&ED Tax Credit program at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).  He is responsible for the program’s financial and risk management frameworks, and leads operational guidance and technology portfolios.  Rob has over 20 years of experience working in diverse programs for the CRA, and has been a leader with the SR&ED program since 2012.  Throughout his career he has contributed to improving service to Canadians and facilitating compliance with Canada’s tax laws, through a variety of technology and tax program initiatives, including provincial partnerships on unified business identification, income tax harmonization and compliance assistance programs for small and medium businesses. Recently, he has been instrumental in the development of new services for SR&ED claimants, and in modernizing systems and reporting to enhance program performance.  Rob is a graduate of the Public Service Leadership Development Program.
