He has been advising on web and social strategy since 1994: he put the Toronto Star online as well as the Globe and Mail’s GlobeInvestor/Globefund, several financial institutions and about 100+ other major organizations. He writes a blog on the Huffington Post, hosts Professionally Speaking TV, and is the author of seven books, including the Online PR and Social Media series, Social Media for Business and the Everything Guide to Starting an Online Business. He has appeared on numerous TV and radio shows, and has been profiled in all national media.
