Peter Davies

Peter is a Vice-President and Co-Chair of Colliers Not-for-Profit Advisory Group.  He has over 16 years' experience at Colliers and he specializes in advising a wide array of charities and non-profit organizations with the development and implementation of comprehensive real estate strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of each unique organization that he works with.  His team has developed a unique methodology for non-profit sector leaders that ensures that the real estate process fully engages their employees and stakeholders which results in a fully defensible solution built upon a foundation of knowledge that dives far deeper than the traditional real estate process.
