Pauline is an engagement director with expertise in software deployment and enterprise-wide transformations. She enables enterprises to adopt AI in order to streamline workflows, drive decision-making and leverage their data.

Pauline currently works at Element AI as the Delivery Director for the EMEA region. She leads the implementation teams that deploy AI-powered enterprise software in an agile manner. Her teams ensure end-user adoption, seamless integration with existing infrastructure and optimization of processes. She oversees the customer experience and manages executive relationships throughout the deployment.
