Paul Feetham

Paul is a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), specializing in capital markets and accounting advisory services. He advises and supports his clients with complex transactions such as the adoption of new accounting standards, transition to new financial reporting frameworks, and accounting for complex transactions such as revenue contracts, public offerings and other financing arrangements. He has assisted a number of clients with their transition to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and has experience leading a number of large and complex assignments for both private and public companies in Canada and the U.S. under IFRS and U.S. GAAP.

Paul also spent more than 15 years in the audit practice of PwC, leading a number of multinational audit assignments for private and public companies in the U.K., Canada and the U.S., and has extensive experience advising clients on IFRS, U.S. GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) reporting and other Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) requirements.

Paul joined PwC in 1995 in the U.K. and moved permanently to Canada in 2004. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada, a Fellow Chartered Accountant in the U.K. and is a licensed CPA in the U.S. (Colorado).
