Pamela Campagnoni, CPA, CA, CPA (Illinois)

Pamela is a principal in Research, Guidance & Support at Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), where she works closely with the Canadian Performance Reporting Board and Small Company Advisory Group. Pamela’s portfolio, under external reporting, includes research and projects to help provide guidance on a wide variety of public reporting issues such as Management’s Discussion & Analysis (MD&A), sustainability reporting and integrated reporting. Pamela has led a number of projects and the resulting publications, such as An Evolving Corporate Reporting Landscape: A Briefing on Sustainability Reporting, Integrated Reporting and Environmental, Social and Governance Reporting; Management’s Discussion and Analysis – Guidance on Preparation and Disclosure; and Equity-Based Alternatives to Stock Options.

Pamela has an extensive professional and academic background in public reporting and has worked in the field for over 20 years. Prior to her role at CPA Canada, she was a CFO in the mining industry and also was a senior manager in assurance at Ernst & Young for 10 years. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant as well as a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois).
