Nick Pasquino

Nick Pasquino is a partner based in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP.  Nick practices corporate and commercial law, with a focus on providing practical legal solutions to his charity, not-for-profit and broader public sector clients. 

Nick has particular experience in the healthcare sector, having been involved in many significant transactions which have transformed and realigned the Ontario healthcare system, such as hospital mergers, and the transfer of community care from Community Care Access Centres to Local Health Integration Networks.  He regularly advises boards of directors and senior management on complex or sensitive governance issues, and is a sought after speaker and facilitator of governance education sessions. 

Nick was educated at the University of Toronto and the University of Western Ontario and has taught on legal and governance topics at the Windsor Faculty of Law, the Western University Faculty of Law, and the Ontario Hospital Association’s Governance Centre of Excellence.  Nick is married and the proud father of three young children.
