Nancy Hauge

Prior to joining Automation Anywhere as the chief human resources officer, Nancy served HotChalk as the chief people officer. Before HotChalk, Nancy served as the vice president of global human resources for Silicon Image. Prior to Silicon Image, Nancy was the SVP of People for K12. Nancy spent two years with Ruckus Network, a venture-backed, entertainment-based social media company, where she was the chief customer advocate and senior vice president of Human Resources.

For six years before joining Ruckus, Hauge was the senior partner at 54th Street Partners. Nancy was a founder and vice president of Human Resources for two storage technology start-ups, both exited through successful acquisitions. Nancy served as the founding vice president of People at Noah's New York Bagels, the vice president of Human Resources for Gymboree Corporation, and spent ten years in senior management positions in human resources, strategic planning and quality at Sun Microsystems.
