Nancy Anderson

Nancy Anderson is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Financial Reporting with REALpac, Canada’s national real estate property association. Nancy is an accomplished multi-faceted and innovative CFO offering over 20 years of diverse experience in various business environments. She holds an exceptional performance record demonstrated within both large complex organizations and small high-profile organizations.

Nancy has also acted as a Seminar Leader with CPA Ontario’s School of Accountancy, and was previously part of an elite team directing the financial and operational change to IFRS reporting of the Hudson’s Bay Company. Nancy has participated in international events as both speaker and panelist. She is also the author of “Recommended Accounting Practices for Real Estate Investment and Development Entities Reporting in Accordance with ASPE” and amendments to “Recommended Accounting Practices for Real Estate Investment and Development Entities Reporting in Accordance with IFRS”.
