Murad Bhimani

Murad is partner, Regional Leader Public Companies, in MNP’s Toronto office. Working with entrepreneurial, growth-oriented public companies and companies that are considering going public in Canada and the U.S., Murad delivers a broad range of value-added assurance and advisory services. With more than 15 years of experience, Murad has helped clients drive value from their businesses and achieve their goals. His expertise includes helping companies list in the Canadian or the U.S. Stock Exchanges through reverse take-over or IPO. Murad is well-versed in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and in U.S. GAAP.

As an active member of the community, Murad participates on many boards and committees, including the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and the Finance and Accounting Professionals Alliance (Ontario). He is an active member of the Institute of Corporate Directors’ York Region Committee and the TSX Venture Exchange’s National and Local advisory committees.
