Michael Lemmer

Michael is the founder and president of ML6 Search + Talent Advisory, a boutique management consulting firm dedicated to improving the talent acquisition and talent management functions of its clients. Michael founded ML6 Search + Talent Advisory in 2017 after a successful corporate career that saw him building and leading high-performance teams across a multitude of functions and industries.

Prior to founding ML6, Michael was the VP, human resources at dentalcorp for four years. He led attraction, retention and development programs, helping the business scale from 38 to 200-plus locations and 4,000-plus employees across Canada.

Michael previously held talent acquisition leadership roles with Walmart Canada, and a leading finance and accounting search firm that was later acquired by Randstad.

He has experience across all areas of human resources, with an emphasis on talent acquisition, human capital planning, change management and leadership development. Michael is a pioneer in launching innovative programs, building world-class talent organizations and creating HR and talent strategies in response to business needs, generating positive, sustainable results.
