Matthew Pearson

Matthew (Matt) Pearson is the national technology & FI sector leader for SR&ED at Ernst & Young LLP.  From his time in industry and at EY, Matt has been involved in the preparation and defence of SR&ED claims since 2001.  Prior to joining EY, he was Vice President of Technology at a telecommunications company that he co-founded and helped bring public on the TSX-V exchange.  Matt also has experience at large corporations, starting his career at Intel Corporation in California.  He serves on the Board of Directors of CENGN, the Centre of Excellence in Next Generation Networks.  Matt has a Ph.D. in Engineering Physics from McMaster University, and a B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from the Royal Military College of Canada.
