Martha MacDonald

Martha practises tax litigation before the Tax Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal and Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as dispute resolution with the Canada Revenue Agency. She has been involved with tax issues including GST/HST, transfer pricing, tax avoidance, foreign tax credits, residence for tax purposes and taxable employment benefits, in addition to a range of administrative and procedural matters specific to the tax area. She is a partner at Osler, Hoskin and Harcourt LLP.
