Mark Conabree

Mark is manager of the Electronic Filing Services Section, Processing Division, within the Assessment and Benefit Services Branch at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), which is responsible for EFILE and NETFILE. Mark has enjoyed increasingly challenging roles since he joined the CRA in 2004, where he worked at the London, Ontario, Tax Services Office, helping taxpayers at the enquiries counter. Since then, Mark has led teams in various programs for the CRA in London and Ottawa, including Payment Processing and the Secure Portal Operations Team (with responsibility for Represent a Client). He also has extensive issues management experience from working at the assistant commissioner’s office and the minister’s office. Prior to joining the CRA, Mark worked for the Government of Ontario.
