Mari-Lynn Misener

In 2013, Mari-Lynn followed her passion to help and coach people professionally and became a full-time executive coach with Impact-Coaches. Before Mari-Lynn joined Impact-Coaches, she held senior leadership roles with high-growth technology and marketing services companies. She has over 20 years of experience coaching individuals from different generations, backgrounds and seniority levels. She has led teams from five to 250 employees.

Mari-Lynn’s coaches appreciate her diverse business background and how she uses her natural coaching abilities as part of the coaching process to challenge and shift their thinking around leadership development, client management and operational leadership. Mari-Lynn has also shared her knowledge at several speaking engagements, where she has delivered presentations and facilitated workshops on professional development topics such as executive presence, achieving peak performance, developing personal leadership brand, having career conversations, and incorporating coaching skills into everyday life.

Mari-Lynn holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics, specializing in operations research and computer science, from the University of Waterloo. She is also an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation and a Birkman Certified Professional.
