Marcel Nugent

Marcel began his career with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) as an auditor at the Kitchener-Waterloo and Toronto North TSOs. Over the past ten years, Marcel has held various management positions with increasing responsibility in internal audit, human resources, GST/HST rulings, CPP/EI rulings, and is currently assistant director, responsible for Legislative Policy & Regulatory Affairs and Scientific Research & Experimental Development programs in the Atlantic region. Marcel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary's University and a Master in Business Administration in Accountancy from Wilfrid Laurier University. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a member of CPA Nova Scotia.
