Malcolm is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) with an MBA who is the executive vice-president at AICA Services Inc., the company that administrates the errors and omissions program for small and medium size firms across Canada. He has dealt with over 6,000 claims during his 20 year career at AICA.
In conjunction with the program’s insurers, he developed a state of the art claims reporting system, currently used by a number of Lloyds of London syndicates.
Malcom was a lecturer at the Schulich School of Business where he taught both undergraduate and graduate courses.
