As a one-on-one coach, her personalized approach to financial planning helps her clients achieve their goals by aligning their spending with their values. As an inspirational educator, Lisa leads workshops that infuse mindfulness principles with financial concepts delivered in a fun and approachable style. Lisa began her career at Ernst & Young, where she consulted with large and small companies, learning best practices and what can go wrong. She then took that knowledge to industry, honing her skills in corporate budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. As a way to seek balance in a fast-paced career, Lisa began to practice mindfulness and studied both Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). During this time, she left her corporate job, started her financial planning business and created a lifestyle based on her idea of an ideal day. She now works with entrepreneurs and young professionals providing coaching on financial literacy and lifestyle design in business and life.
