Linda Schweitzer

Linda Schweitzer is the interim dean and an associate professor of Management and Strategy in the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University. Dr. Schweitzer’s research focuses on the areas of careers, diversity, generations, and alternate work arrangements (remote work and virtual teams). She is currently working on a study of the modern career process from the perspective of today’s youth and recently published a book entitled, “Generational Career Shift: How Boomers, Gen Xers, and Millennials View Work”. Her teaching areas include strategy, knowledge management, managing teams, case analysis and communication.
