Koula Vasilopoulos

Koula is the district president of Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized staffing and consulting company.

For more than 18 years, she has led a successful career with Robert Half and has held senior management positions in western Canada. Her perspectives and knowledge on workplace issues and labour trends are often featured in major media outlets, and she provides curriculum guidance to leading educational institutions across the country.

Koula regularly consults with the management teams of Canadian companies on their accounting and finance human capital requirements. Solutions are customized and can range from the interim placement of a skilled professional to the deliverable of a large-scale initiative or the selection of a critical C-suite leader. Koula is thoroughly familiar with the staffing skills that are currently in demand and is an expert on the employment trends within the administrative field. Under Koula's direction, Robert Half has achieved great success in establishing itself as a leading provider of highly skilled professionals.

Prior to joining the organization, Koula spent more than 10 years in management roles within the hospitality industry. She holds a diploma in management and is involved in the United Way and various professional associations in the Calgary area. In addition, Koula has often shared her perspectives on workplace issues and hiring trends at professional association conferences and events.
