Keith Steeves
Keith is Chief Financial Officer of NAL Resources, a private oil and gas company. NAL Resources is a wholly owned subsidiary of Manulife Financial Corporation. Prior to May of 2012, he was also the Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer for NAL Energy Corporation, a public company. This company was sold for $1.9 billion in May of 2012 to Pengrowth Energy Corp.
Keith has a broad set of functional skills which includes audit, finance, restructuring distressed assets, strategy and information technology coupled with a deep set of leadership skills that has allowed him to be successful over a broad range of industries, domestically, internationally and in public and private settings.
His corporate career has spanned roles in key companies such as Gulf Canada Resources, Irving Oil, Launchworks, and 180 Connect. He has held a number of rolls in each of the companies which includes; Chief Financial Officer, VP Finance, Chief Restructuring Officer, and Director Information Management.
Keith has also served as a Director on a number of Boards both public and private over his career.
