Karen Redfern

Karen has held progressively senior roles at DCM since joining the company in 2005. Starting as a senior business analyst, she quickly moved on to become director of project engineering, and later, director of national operations technology. This led to her current position, which is vice president, technology.

She plays a vital role in leading key customer and corporate initiatives and driving company growth. With extensive experience guiding enterprise-wide solution implementations and operational processes, she is responsible for the internal platforms used on a daily basis by DCM employees, and she oversees all customer-facing technologies that support DCM’s services and solutions.

Karen holds a bachelor of administration from the University of New Brunswick, and currently lives in the U.S.
