Justine Schafer

Justine co-authored the UNEP FI ‘Changing Course’ report, working closely with the pilot group of 20 investors. She is currently focusing on the development of Vivid’s tools for scenario based analysis of climate related risks and opportunities in the financial sector. This includes modelling the financial impacts of energy transitions on individual assets and sectoral competition as well as drawing out implications for the broader macroeconomy and investor portfolios. Her modelling focus areas are the oil and gas, clean technology and real estate sectors, as well as fixed income. She holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a BA with first class honours in Economics and Finance from McGill University.
