Jonathan Hwang

Jonathan is the co-leader of the PwC robotics and cognitive automation practice and is its robot process automation (RPA) delivery lead. His experience in RPA, risk and regulatory compliance, technology strategy and process and operations management allows him to bring a balanced approach to business and technology.

While at PwC, Jonathan has led and worked on projects in the areas of technology strategy and execution (RPA) and large technology strategy programs. He has been an integral lead for many of PwC’s existing RPA qualifications, helping clients with their vendor selection process of prototyping RPA use cases and bringing them to life.

Prior to joining PwC, Jonathan worked at a boutique consulting company specializing in operational effectiveness and process improvement. He has eight years of industry and consulting experience.

Jonathan holds a bachelor of commerce degree with honours from Queen’s University.
