John is the manager of Member Value and Research Services at the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). He oversees the market research function at the CPA Canada and is involved with the Business Monitor, Managing a Public Practice, Financial Literacy and compensation surveys, as well as a large volume of internally focused research. In addition to research, John's group is responsible for a variety of value-added member services. He is also on the board of the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association where he founded the CMRP (Certified Marketing Research Professional) designation. John holds an MBA from York University and has worked for CPA Canada for just under 15 years.
