John Rahie

John is managing director with Freeh Group International Solutions, LLC, and Of Counsel to the law firm of Pepper Hamilton LLP. John was previously a partner with Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan LLP, which he joined in 2009. Prior to joining the Freeh Group, he was the executive director of Global Investigations for General Motors Corporation (GM). In his thirty years with the GM legal staff, John held a number of positions including General Counsel of GM Europe based in Zurich. He also served as the GM global process leader for Special Investigations and Anti-Corruption Activities, conducting investigations for GM throughout the world and directing its Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and anti-corruption compliance programs. John holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Kettering University, a Juris Doctor degree from the Michigan State University School of Law and a Master of Laws from Wayne State University. He is a member of the Michigan State Bar and the American Bar Association.
