Jim Wilson

Jim has more than 25 years’ experience as a financial executive in both public and private Canadian junior and intermediate oil and gas development and production companies. He is currently focused on providing financial executive advisory and support services to development stage and/or financially constrained companies in the oil and gas industry.

His responsibilities have included corporate finance, acquisition and disposition negotiations, strategic planning, banking and cash management, accounting and financial reporting, budgets and forecasts, hedging, tax planning and compliance, investor relations, corporate secretary, human resources, compensation plan analysis and structuring, information technology implementation and management, and office administration activities.
