Jean-François Trépanier

Jean-François is the vice-president, Standards at Financial Reporting & Assurance Standards Canada (FRASCanada).

Prior to joining FRASCanada, Jean-François was a partner in the professional standards group at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton where he assisted engagement teams in resolving complex accounting and assurance related issues. During that time, Jean-François was also a member of the Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (AASB) and participated in various task forces of the AASB and CPA Canada.

Jean-François holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from Montreal’s École des Hautes études commerciales (HEC).
