Jean-François joined Crowe BGK in July 2007. Now heading Crowe BGK’s Indirect tax department, Jean-François specializes in the application of the GST/HST, the QST and other provincial sales taxes. With over 12 years of experience, Jean-François has acquired in-depth understanding of international taxation and compliance. Jean-François has advised businesses from around the world wishing to set up operations in Canada. Similarly, Canadian businesses planning to increase their global presence while optimizing transition between borders come to Jean-François for the expertise and services they need.

Jean-François is also a long time contributor to the tax publications of Thomson Reuters Canada and a frequent presenter on the application of sales tax to corporate reorganizations, real estate and cross border transactions.
