Jason G. Bower

Jason is the co-lead for KPMG Canada’s technical topic team on leasing. He is also a Canadian securities and SEC reviewing partner for the Vancouver office, supporting teams and clients on complex accounting, auditing and securities filing matters.

Jason’s practice is focused on providing audit and accounting advisory support to large national and international public companies under both IFRS and U.S. GAAP accounting frameworks. Jason has developed and facilitated numerous internal and external training sessions, and has broad industry experience — technology to transportation.
