Heather Eddy

Heather is a management consultant currently working with a number of energy companies in Calgary. Heather has more than 25 years of experience in organization design, talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, acquisitions and divestitures, and human resource leadership. Heather has a strong understanding of the energy industry and operations and has led teams of human resources (HR) professionals around the world.

Heather spent 20 years in human resources at Petro-Canada and co-led the change management, organizational design and selection programs for the Suncor/Petro-Canada merger in 2009. She was the director, Human Resources, for Exploration and Production and In Situ at Suncor prior to starting her own business in 2015.

Heather has recently completed her M.Sc. in Global Human Resource Management and has been a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) since 2004. She has a passion for all aspects of human resources and cultural awareness.
