Greg Wright

Greg is a director in RBC’s Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions practice. He is responsible for the business in B.C. and for leading transactions across Western Canada. Greg has 13 years of corporate finance experience and diverse transaction experience gained on three continents as both a private equity investor and M&A advisor.

Prior to joining RBC, Greg spent eight years as an M&A advisor with a global mid-market professional services firm focused on privately held businesses. For four of those years, he led their B.C. M&A advisory business working within a globally networked national corporate finance team.

Greg has led numerous private company transactions to a successful close and worked on a significant number of financing and strategic advisory assignments. Greg holds a Master of Applied Finance (MAppFin) from Macquarie University's Applied Finance Centre in Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria.
