Giselle Commissiong
Giselle is a Partner in EY’s Canadian Advisory Services practice, focused on Strategy and Transformation. She also leads the Life Sciences Advisory segment in Canada, helping her clients solve complex problems facing healthcare and life sciences companies, payers, insurers, and providers, in delivering innovative therapies to patients, that addresses the sustainability challenges facing the health sector, specifically how we achieve system sustainability in an era of limited resources, using all the tools at our disposal, including strategic thinking, data, analytics, and most importantly, collaboration. She has over 20 years of professional experience in both consulting and industry, specializing in strategy, business and operating model design, and large scale strategic and operational transformation.
Prior to her consulting career, Giselle spent 10 years in the aerospace sector in a variety of R&D, manufacturing/operations, and commercial roles. This experience has provided her with a unique, internal perspective on the people and organizational challenges faced in implementing and operationalizing new strategies and large-scale transformations in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
