Geoffrey Baldwin

Geoff is the Secretary & Treasurer of the Bragg Group of Companies.  The Bragg Group owns diverse interests in telecommunications, frozen foods processing, aviation services and wind power generation. He is responsible for the group’s corporate treasury, insurance, pension, taxation and financial risk management functions.

 

 Previously he was with TransAlta Corporation, based in Calgary and is an alumnus of Coopers & Lybrand.

 

 Geoff has broad experience in taxation, capital markets, foreign exchange, and financial derivatives.  Geoff has in the past been a CPANS instructor in Corporate Treasury Management and is currently the Secretary & Treasurer of the board of CPA Nova Scotia.
