Franca Vercillo

Franca is Vice President of Taxation at Aecon Group Inc., a publicly traded construction company in Canada. Franca has over 20 years broad based experience specializing in Canadian domestic and international taxation, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Aecon, Franca worked for 10 years in the mining sector and has been involved in a number of acquisitions and restructuring tax planning initiatives.
