Elaine Lee

CPA, CMA

Elaine is a highly motivated senior manager with a professional CPA, CMA designation and over 15 years of progressive working experience in finance and administration at the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) and Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). In her current role at the AGCO, Elaine provides strategic advice to the chief administrative officer (CAO) on matters including government financial management, controllership, risk management and business planning activities. She also directs the planning and financial management of the AGCO with responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, revenue management, financial operations, and the development of cabinet submissions, to name a few.

Elaine is also an active member and supporter of the CPA profession, having been a keynote speaker at the 2016 CPA Ontario career development and networking day, a member of the audit data analytics committee from 2015-2017 and a CPA student mentor. In her spare time, Elaine also serves as the president of the alumni association for the school of accounting and finance at the University of Waterloo and is a key contributor to the school’s committee on connectedness and mentorship.
