Ebony Verbonac

Ebony is a partner in KPMG’s Enterprise Tax practice based in Lethbridge, Alberta. She has specific experience in owner-managed business. Ebony works in a breadth of industries, with a large portion of her practice focused on agriculture.

Working in Tax and Advisory, Ebony works closely with her clients to determine corporate structures, succession strategies and remuneration plans that make sense from both a tax and business perspective. Ebony is a Chartered Business Valuator and focuses a portion of her time working with businesses on benchmarking and business valuation.

Ebony shares her expertise across the country by participating in education and learning sessions for many different organizations and professional associations.
