Donna Diskos

Donna is currently the treasurer of L’Arche Canada and previously served as a board member for L’Arche Greater Vancouver and L’Arche Foundation of Greater Vancouver.
Donna is an assurance partner with Grant Thornton in Vancouver, BC and leads the firm’s South Coastal BC charities and not-for-profit practice. Over the past 30 years, Donna has provided services to a diverse cross-section of organizations within the not-for-profit sector including charities, foundations, private clubs, professional associations, school districts and post-secondary institutions.
In her role as treasurer, Donna has worked with management to create appropriate and timely financial information for both Board members and stakeholders with various levels of financial expertise.
As an auditor and advisor, Donna has provided advice to many boards, committees and leadership on best practices in financial reporting.
