Diane S. Larsen

Diane has extensive experience in a 30-year career with Ernst & Young, ranging from serving as a global client service audit partner on a number of publically traded multinational clients in a variety of industries, serving as an office managing partner, serving as the assurance markets leader for the Americas and now working within global professional practice. As part of global professional practice, Diane works with the Global Audit Standards and Methodology Implementation Group and the Sustainable Audit Quality Team. She leads the firm’s efforts around client acceptance and continuance, supports the firm’s global root cause and milestones initiatives, coaches engagement teams as part of the firm’s pre-issuance review program, supports external audit inspections and coordinates global audit learning initiatives. She is a certified public accountant and an adjunct accounting professor at a university. Diane is the EY representative on the Task Force for Climate Related Financial Disclosures.
