Dena Staikos

Dena is a manager in the Compliance and Registrant Regulation Branch (CRR) of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC). The main responsibilities of the CRR branch are the initial and ongoing registration and compliance oversight of firms, the development of policy and the review of applications for exemptive relief. As manager of the dealer team, Dena oversees the regulation of firms and individuals trading in securities or derivatives in Ontario. 

Before joining the OSC in 2006, she worked in the assurance services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant designation and focused on the investment funds industry.
