Deanna Heroux

Deanna  is a Partner in KPMG’s People and Change Practice, with a focus on facilitating boards, executives, leaders, and broad stakeholder communities through strategic discussions and decisions related to transformational initiatives.  Deanna brings extensive experience in advancing organizational change through partnerships and integrations, culture development initiatives, system planning and redesign, and strategy development in healthcare, social services and the broader public sector. 

Throughout her career, Deanna has led complex, transformational projects to advance many health and social care systems and the value for patients, caregivers, clients and communities.  She is a skilled and seasoned facilitator – with significant experience working with boards, leadership teams and multi-disciplinary stakeholder groups – demonstrating leadership, collaboration and commitment to advancing positive organizational and system outcomes.
