Dawn Frail

Dawn is the president of Eagle Vision Leadership Development Group. She inspires leaders to build trust and loyalty so their teams will increase productivity and deliver higher bottom-line profits.

As a career woman and mother of four sons she is well aware of the challenges women face at work. In 2007 she founded the International Women’s Leadership Project, an intense learning program designed to help women make quantum leaps in their leadership ability. As an award-winning speaker, trainer and author, Dawn has inspired audiences in Canada and the U.S. to realize their potential and discover their leadership greatness. Using a practical and down to earth approach, she teaches leaders how to master fundamental skills that get measurable results.

Dawn is one of only a few Canadians certified as a Myers-Briggs Master Practitioner. She holds a diploma in Adult Training and Development from the University of Toronto and a Masters degree in Leadership from the University of Guelph. She is the creator of The Ten Commandments of Ethical Leadership™ and The Heart Method™. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, the Canadian Society of Training and Development, the International Coach Federation and Toastmasters International.
