David Regan

David is the national tax partner, in charge of the Research and Development Tax Incentives Practice at KPMG. He is a CPA with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. David oversees approximately 100 Scientific Research and Experimental Development staff across Canada at KPMG. He is a member of the program committee that designed this course.

David is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), as well as the Canadian Tax Foundation, the International Fiscal Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. David is an established and frequent speaker at tax conferences. He has also taught corporate tax over the years at York University, the in-residence program portion of the In-depth Tax Course and CPA Ontario’s School of Accountancy.
