David Greenwood

With over 30 years in the hi-tech and telecommunications sector, David has a broad background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), change leadership and corporate finance.

As VP M&A, Integration Management Office for Mitel Networks, a $1B cloud and premises based communications solutions company, David has global responsibility for all aspects of M&A integration from managing the M&A funnel to due diligence, deal structuring and approval to post-acquisition integration.

Prior to his current role, David held a variety of senior finance and operational roles including head of the global financial shared services organization for Mitel, CFO and president of TrueContext, CFO and controller of CrossKeys Systems Corporation and a number of senior finance roles with SHL Systemhouse, a $1B systems integration company.

David has extensive experience in managing all aspects of M&A integration on both the buy and sell side. He established the M&A Integration Management Office at Mitel, leveraging best practices from global leaders in M&A integration including Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company and several leading professional accounting organizations. David has been involved with numerous M&A transactions over his career valued from less than $1M to $600M, in locations across North America and Europe.

David is a Certified Management Accountant and CPA.
