David Card

David has specialized in Indirect Taxes for over 20 years. He is presently the Director of Indirect Taxes at TC Energy where he specializes in the areas of US sales and use, goods and services tax, provincial sales taxes, carbon taxes, motor fuel tax, and insurance premium taxes. Prior to joining TC Energy David Filled similar roles with Enbridge/Spectra Energy Transmission, Canadian Pacific Railway and TELUS. David was previously the Chair of the TEI Canadian Commodity Tax and formerly a Manager of Commodity Tax at KPMG in Calgary.
