André Carroll

André Carroll holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws (Juris Doctor) from the Université de Moncton. He briefly worked as a tax auditor with the Canada Revenue Agency, and completed an internship with the Tax Affairs Branch of the federal Department of Justice. After initially practicing law in a firm specializing in corporate and commercial law where he worked on several large-scale commercial and real estate transactions, André joined Fidelis Law Droit in January 2018.

He practices corporate law, commercial law, tax law and real estate law, and is constantly called upon to advise clients when financing private and public companies, setting up corporate structures, reorganizing their companies, buying and selling businesses, as well as dispute resolution.

André is also President of the Tax Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association (New Brunswick Division) and has taught Tax Law I at the Université de Moncton's Faculty of Law since the Fall 2016 session and has co-authored New Brunswick Business Corporations Act and commentary (Lexis Nexis, 2016).
