Claire Carver-Dias

Claire is an Olympic medallist and has more than a decade of experience as a professional speaker, writer and communications consultant.

She was a director on the board of the Coaching Association of Canada, and the former Chair of AthletesCAN. In 2014, Claire was elected to the Board of Directors of the Commonwealth Games Canada (CGC). She holds a master's degree from McGill University and a PhD from Bangor University in North Wales, U.K. She is certified in delivering the Team Management Profile, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B) psychometric assessments.

Claire's coaching specialties include working with senior leaders (CEOs, practice leaders), supporting high potentials in talent programs, and helping leaders be more organized and effective (time management, effective delegation).
