Cindy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of owner-managed businesses, with almost 20 years in public practice. As an accountant, her professional experiences focused on assisting business owners grow their businesses through run-of-the-mill consulting techniques. It became very obvious how these techniques were not always effective in bringing about successful change. To better serve her clients, Cindy searched for alternative techniques and found the power of Co-Active Coaching. The tools she acquired in her coaching training gave her the capacity to assist business leaders in uncovering what strategies would work for them, but also to gain an understanding of what stops them from achieving higher levels of success. She saw how coaching helped bring her clients the needed awareness to facilitate the positive changes they were hoping for. Today, Cindy focuses her coaching practice on working with companies and individuals to unlock the secrets of loving Monday. She combines her coaching skills and business experience to lead fun and powerful one-on-one and group learning sessions that awaken her clients to the alignment of their compelling personal and corporate missions and values.
