She has specialized in commodity tax for close to 20 years, providing clients with practical advice obtained over the years and drawing on her prior experience in industry. Assisting Canadian and non-resident organizations in meeting their Canadian sales tax objectives is the core of Christina’s practice. Christina is the national leader of Grant Thornton LLP’s Canadian sales tax practice and the lead contact with our global and cross-border clients. Her experience encompasses a wide range of industries, from manufacturing and services to not-for-profit. Christina has been a tutorial leader for the CPA Canada GST/HST in-depth tax course for over 10 years. She has published numerous papers for presentation at CPA Canada GST/HST Symposium. A frequent and regular speaker at CPA Canada GST/HST Symposium and other similar conferences in Canada and the United States.
