Chris Stepanuik

Chris is a senior vice-president at EY, where he leads the Working Capital Advisory Services practice for Canada. He has 20 years of experience in operations management and consulting.

Chris’s two decades of consulting experience have focused on global working capital improvement programs for both corporate and private clients in such industries as oil and gas, construction and engineering, industrial products and manufacturing, and media and telecommunications.

His work has focused on driving performance improvement mandates across the Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Forecast to Fulfill processes to realize sustainable cash flow improvements. This has been enabled through the identification and implementation of value creation initiatives across the key drivers of cash conversion, including processes, policies and the cash culture within the organization.
